I am a specialist dental surgeon in dental public health from Sri Lanka, currently pursuing a PhD at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia. I hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), a Master of Science (MSc), and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in dental public health. Before commencing my PhD, I served as a board-certified specialist in the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka, including as the head of the Research and Surveillance Unit. My professional and research interests focus on oral health systems, preventive dentistry, and strengthening primary health care services for school-aged populations.
