Patrick (Paddy) Cashman RN, BHSc, MPH&TM, GCertAppMgt, PhD. Currently with NCIRS as Global Health Technical Officer based in Honiara Solomon Islands. Prior to that worked as Remote Area Nurse NT & Immunisation Coordinator in the HNE PHU NSW. Paddy initiated the employment of Aboriginal Immunisation Officers in NSW, set up Australia's first TIPS project in Maitland NSW and initiated and manages Vaxtracker AEFI active surveillance (https://www.vaxtracker.net/) and is part of the AusVaxSafety team and member of AEFI-CAN & COSSI. Paddy was awarded the 2021 Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA) National Immunisation Achievement Award.
